The Basic plan provides a “baseline” of protection ensuring that your server(s) and workstations are running properly and that security patches are being kept up to date.  This plan provides continuous monitoring, managed Microsoft Critical Patch deployment, as well as performance reporting so that you can not only see where you are, but where you’re going.

proACT Plus

The Plus plan includes the services shown above. “Plus” begins to add a layer of “hands on” management that goes well beyond automated detection to provide personal remote support for your infrastructure.  The Plus plan includes unlimited remote support for detection and resolution of items related to monitoring and service (non-project work).  With the Plus plan, you also receive services provided by ACT personnel to directly manage your IT environment.  This includes management of your I.T. Vendor relationships as well as a quarterly review with an ACT strategic consultant to help you take stock of your current environment and make plans for the following quarter.
